Viking Tours is an SME boat tour agency based in Ireland's Hidden Heartland. Our USP is a Viking-themed passenger vessel that departs daily from Athlone Castle, Co.Westmeath. Last year was the centenary of the company's timber boat that was first built in 1923 in Southend-on-Sea, England. The two main sailing routes are to the lake of Lough Ree (75mins return) or to the monastic settlement of Clonmacnoise (90mins one-way). Viking Tours also caters for corporate bookings, wedding parties and special events. Furthermore, there is a plethora of sailing routes for private charter that can make your day extra special.
